Real Estate Scheduling

Let’s face it: realtors, in general, are a bit scatterbrained. They don’t get out of bed in the morning knowing what they’re going to do. They might have a rough idea of a couple of things they have to get done—issues that they might be trying to get past, because they should have scheduled their time better three weeks ago—but so many people in this business manage their time poorly, and lose tons of money as a result. Here’s the thing: you’ve got to get out of bed; you’ve got to come to the office; you’ve got to know what you want to do. Today. Every day.
Now, that’s easy enough to say; you were likely rolling your eyes at such a notion by the time you started driving. It’s a fairly universal concept. But I’ll tell you what else is universal: habits. Just because you’ve heard something your whole life, doesn’t mean you’ve been listening. And if you’re struggling to connect the dots in real estate, there’s no better place to start than time management. Scheduling.
